"Give Me Some Gum Gum You Dum Dum"

Who: Noutritionists like Gil Leville.

What: Chewing gum can be good for you.

When: April 4, 2007

Where: US and Japan

Why: Gum stimulates the production of saliva causing to help prevent the risk of cavities. It prevents cavities by washing away bacteria. An ingredient called xylitol, which is added to some gums, provides an extra dose of cavity-fighting power. This is good for more than just the teeth. Research suggests that good oral health decreases the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other serious diseases.

What I Think: I think that would be cool because it may even help cure cancer. But to much of gum chewing can damage your jaw-joints. It may even be an overdose of vitamins, caffeine, or a medicine.
